ALL SALES ARE FINAL DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCT & SERVICE AS THIS IS A CUSTOM WIG SHOP FOR BOTH NEW AND LIGHTLY USED UNITS. EXCHANGES
EXCHANGES ARE ONLY ALLOWED WHEN THE COMPANY IS AT FAULT OF SENDING AN INCORRECT ITEM. "Incorrect items" are described as sending the wrong color, texture, or cap style (sending a dome cap wig when you ordered an adjustable wig cap unit). Buyer’s remorse does not apply! So please be 100% confident before purchasing. WILL BE HANDLED CASE BY CASE.
You are allotted 3 days after receiving your items to contact us with any purchase discrepancies on my behalf (incorrect wig). All items sent in our error must be returned within 5 business days completely unaltered and with original packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS. Exchanges must be sent USPS PRIORITY MAIL/FEDEX/UPS WITH TRACKING AND REQUIRE SIGNATURE, IF APPLICABLE. I will gladly reimburse you all shipping and exchange fees due to OUR error. All returns and exchanges are NULL & VOID after 5 BUSINESS days.
